The Saunaones® Quartz is a full-spectrum infrared sauna built from 100% Canadian hemlock with an all-black finish, 8 mm tempered glass door, ultra-low EMF carbon panels and integrated 660/850 nm red light therapy.

It’s designed to give you a spa-grade heat and light experience in a compact, modern cabin you can install at home.

Traditional saunas heat the air to very high temperatures (often 180–190°F). The
Quartz uses infrared energy from full spectrum quartz heaters and far infrared carbon panels to warm your body directly.

That means:

• Air temperature is lower (up to 150°F) but still feels intense
  
• Breathing is easier for most people
  
• You can usually stay in longer and get a deep sweat without the “blast furnace” feeling of a classic sauna

Quartz combines several things you don’t usually see together:

• 2 full spectrum quartz heaters for fast, deep cabin heat
  
• 4 ultra-low EMF far infrared carbon panels plus an ultra-low EMF foot panel with tourmaline stones
  
• Integrated 660 nm red + 850 nm near-infrared ceiling panel

Most wooden saunas offer only carbon panels, no quartz, no red light and fewer “immersive” features.

All far infrared carbon panels in the
Saunaones® Quartz, including the foot panel with tourmaline stones, are engineered to be Ultra Low EMF.

It is designed as a one-person cabin so you can sit comfortably and fully benefit from the heater and red light layout.

Quartz uses 100% Canadian hemlock for the cabin with an all-black finish and an 8 mm tempered glass front door.

The Saunaones® Quartz Infrared Sauna reaches up to about 150°F.

Because infrared warms your body directly instead of only heating the air, most people find that a 130–150°F infrared session in Quartz feels as intense—or even more intense—than a much hotter traditional dry sauna.

If you’re new to infrared, Saunaones® recommends starting with shorter sessions of about 10–15 minutes and gradually working up to 20–30 minutes as you learn how your body responds.

Always listen to how you feel—step out sooner if you feel light-headed, overly hot or uncomfortable, and drink water before and after each session.

Many Quartz owners enjoy sessions several times a week, and some use it daily. A common routine is 3–5 sessions per week in the 20–30 minute range.

Frequency is personal, so start slowly and increase only as it continues to feel good for your body.

Yes. The Saunaones® Quartz includes a medical-grade red light therapy panel in the ceiling that combines 660 nm red light and 850 nm near-infrared (NIR).

The Quartz is designed primarily for indoor use in a dry, protected environment.

If you want to place it in a garage, enclosed patio or similar space, it should be covered and protected from rain, direct weather and extreme humidity, and installed on a flat, stable surface according to the Saunaones manual.

Yes. The Saunaones® Quartz cabin includes built-in vents to help regulate airflow, along with temperature sensors to maintain consistent heat.

You can slightly open the door between sessions or between rounds if you prefer more fresh air.

The Quartz Sauna is designed for straightforward home setup. Assembly involves connecting pre-made panels and plugging the unit into the appropriate outlet as specified in your manual.

Electrical requirements can vary by region and production run, so always follow the power specifications on the product label and manual; if you’re unsure, consult a licensed electrician.

Warm-up time depends on your room temperature and ventilation, but most users allow a short pre-heat period before stepping in so the cabin can reach their preferred range (often 130–150°F).
