Overhead Red Light Therapy & Integrated Wellness Features

The ceiling is equipped with medical-grade 660nm red light and 850nm near-infrared (NIR) therapy panels, positioned to illuminate the face, chest and upper body while you relax. The visible 660nm red light targets the surface, while the invisible 850nm near-infrared light penetrates more deeply. These two wavelengths are widely used together in modern red-light wellness systems.

The overhead system also integrates built-in speakers, adjustable ventilation, an oxygen ionizer and ambient LED lighting. Enjoy soothing infrared heat, targeted light exposure, personalized airflow and immersive audio in one convenient session—without requiring additional equipment.

Full-Spectrum Quartz & Ultra-Low-EMF Carbon Heating

Full-spectrum quartz heaters quickly convert electrical energy into powerful infrared heat, helping the cabin warm efficiently to temperatures of up to 150°F. The warmth can be felt soon after sitting down, creating a deep and enveloping heating experience throughout the sauna.

Ultra-low-EMF far-infrared carbon-fiber panels are positioned around the back, sides and lower body to provide smooth, consistent warmth closer to the user. Together, the quartz heaters raise the overall cabin temperature while the carbon panels maintain a balanced infrared environment around the body.

Full-spectrum infrared range:

  • Near infrared (NIR): 0.8–1.5 µm
  • Mid infrared (MIR): 1.5–5.6 µm
  • Far infrared (FIR): 5.6–23.3 µm
  • Total wavelength range: 0.8–23.3 µm

Tourmaline-Enhanced Foot Heater

The ultra-low-EMF far-infrared foot heater is strategically positioned beneath the bench to deliver focused warmth to the feet and lower legs—areas that are often slower to warm. Its integrated tourmaline element complements the sauna’s infrared heating system and creates a more balanced, head-to-toe experience.

Working alongside the quartz heaters and surrounding carbon-fiber panels, the foot heater provides steady lower-body warmth while helping maintain a comfortable and evenly heated cabin environment.

"The sauna heats up noticeably faster than I expected. I usually turn it on before finishing my workout, and it is ready by the time I’m done. The quartz heaters provide an immediate feeling of warmth, while the carbon panels make the heat feel more even around my back and sides. I also like being able to use the ceiling red-light panels during the same session. It has made my post-workout routine much easier to maintain at home."

    FAQs

    Frequently Asked Questions

    1. How is the Quartz shipped?

The Saunaones® Quartz ships in protective packaging, with the cabin panels, heaters, and integrated components secured for transit. Orders ship on a pallet with our freight partners, and you’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your unit leaves the warehouse.

The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

    2. What is the Saunaones® Quartz Infrared Sauna?

The Saunaones® Quartz is a full-spectrum infrared sauna built from 100% Canadian hemlock with an all-black finish, 8 mm tempered glass door, ultra-low EMF carbon panels and integrated 660/850 nm red light therapy.

It’s designed to give you a spa-grade heat and light experience in a compact, modern cabin you can install at home.

    3. How is the Quartz different from a traditional sauna?

Traditional saunas heat the air to very high temperatures (often 180–190°F). The
Quartz uses infrared energy from full spectrum quartz heaters and far infrared carbon panels to warm your body directly.

    That means:

    • Air temperature is lower (up to 150°F) but still feels intense
    • Breathing is easier for most people
    • You can usually stay in longer and get a deep sweat without the “blast furnace” feeling of a classic sauna
    4. What makes the Quartz different from other wooden saunas?

Quartz combines several things you don’t usually see together:

    • 2 full spectrum quartz heaters for fast, deep cabin heat
    • 4 ultra-low EMF far infrared carbon panels plus an ultra-low EMF foot panel with tourmaline stones
    • Integrated 660 nm red + 850 nm near-infrared ceiling panel
    • All-black 100% Canadian hemlock cabin with 8 mm tempered glass door
    • Built-in speakers (Bluetooth/USB), ambient LED lighting, oxygen bar and digital controls

Most wooden saunas offer only carbon panels, no quartz, no red light and fewer “immersive” features.

    5. What are the benefits of infrared heat and red light in the Quartz

People use the Saunaones® Quartz to support relaxation, deep sweating, post-exercise recovery and general wellbeing. Infrared heat can help you warm up quickly, loosen up after long work days or training, and create a consistent self-care ritual at home.

While many users report feeling more relaxed and refreshed,
Quartz is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any health condition.

    6. Is infrared heat and red light therapy safe?

Infrared heat and red/near-infrared light are commonly used in wellness and spa settings. The Saunaones® Quartz is designed for typical healthy adults when used as directed.

As with any heat or light-based routine, if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, are sensitive to heat or light, or take medications that affect heat tolerance, you should talk with your healthcare provider before using the Quartz Sauna.

    7. What are the EMF levels inside the Quartz Sauna?

All far infrared carbon panels in the
Saunaones® Quartz, including the foot panel with tourmaline stones, are engineered to be Ultra Low EMF.

The system is designed to keep EMF exposure minimized compared to many standard infrared panels. If you need detailed lab test documentation, reach out to Saunaones Support and we’ll share the most recent measurements available.

    8. What are the Quartz dimensions and how many people does it fit?

    The exterior dimensions of the
    Saunaones® Quartz are approximately Width 31.5" (800 mm) × Depth 35.4" (900 mm) × Height 67" (1700 mm).

It is designed as a one-person cabin so you can sit comfortably and fully benefit from the heater and red light layout.

    9. What materials is the Quartz made from? Is it low-VOC?

Quartz uses 100% Canadian hemlock for the cabin with an all-black finish and an 8 mm tempered glass front door.

We work with our manufacturing partners to use low-VOC materials and finishes appropriate for indoor sauna use.

If you have specific sensitivities or need current material data sheets, contact Burneek Support for the latest information.

    10. What is the maximum temperature of the Quartz Sauna?

The Saunaones® Quartz Infrared Sauna reaches up to about 150°F.

Because infrared warms your body directly instead of only heating the air, most people find that a 130–150°F infrared session in Quartz feels as intense—or even more intense—than a much hotter traditional dry sauna.

    11. How long should I stay in the Quartz Sauna?

If you’re new to infrared, Saunaones® recommends starting with shorter sessions of about 10–15 minutes and gradually working up to 20–30 minutes as you learn how your body responds.

Always listen to how you feel—step out sooner if you feel light-headed, overly hot or uncomfortable, and drink water before and after each session.

    12. How often can I use the Quartz Sauna?

Many Quartz owners enjoy sessions several times a week, and some use it daily. A common routine is 3–5 sessions per week in the 20–30 minute range.

Frequency is personal, so start slowly and increase only as it continues to feel good for your body.

    13. Does the Quartz come with built-in red light therapy?

Yes. The Saunaones® Quartz includes a medical-grade red light therapy panel in the ceiling that combines 660 nm red light and 850 nm near-infrared (NIR).

This panel is fully integrated, so you can enjoy red light and infrared heat together in a single session without extra devices or cables.

    14. Can the Quartz be installed outdoors or on a patio?

The Quartz is designed primarily for indoor use in a dry, protected environment.

If you want to place it in a garage, enclosed patio or similar space, it should be covered and protected from rain, direct weather and extreme humidity, and installed on a flat, stable surface according to the Saunaones manual.

    15. Does the Quartz have ventilation?

Yes. The Saunaones® Quartz cabin includes built-in vents to help regulate airflow, along with temperature sensors to maintain consistent heat.

You can slightly open the door between sessions or between rounds if you prefer more fresh air.

    16. Do I need an electrician for installation?

The Quartz Sauna is designed for straightforward home setup. Assembly involves connecting pre-made panels and plugging the unit into the appropriate outlet as specified in your manual.

Electrical requirements can vary by region and production run, so always follow the power specifications on the product label and manual; if you’re unsure, consult a licensed electrician.

    17. How quickly does the Quartz heat up?

Warm-up time depends on your room temperature and ventilation, but most users allow a short pre-heat period before stepping in so the cabin can reach their preferred range (often 130–150°F).

Turning the Quartz on a bit before your session gives the quartz and infrared panels time to build a consistent heat field.

    18. What warranty Quartz include?

Every Saunaones® Quartz Infrared Sauna is backed by a 2-Year Saunaones Warranty.

    19. Can I use the Quartz Sauna if I have health conditions?

If you have any medical condition, are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, recent injuries, or take medications that affect blood pressure or heat tolerance, you should talk with your doctor before using the Saunaones® Quartz.

Infrared and red light sessions are a wellness tool, not a replacement for medical care, and your healthcare provider can help you decide what’s right for you.
