Outstanding product and service! Customer service answered all my pre-purchase questions and really helped me anticipate delivery (1100lb box, offloaded by a forklift )power and assembly needs.
At delivery the door came smashed in a million pieces. Overall packing seemed well done so not sure what happened. Either way the folks at Saunaones had a new one at my door in under two weeks which was fine as I needed that much time to prep everything. (My personal process started in 6/18/26 when I placed my order. Order arrived 7/16/26 and I completed installation 8/7/26. True install time is only 4-6 hours including offloading crate . That is moving slowly and deliberately. I think a pro could do it in 1-2 hours max)
During assembly I had a number of questions ( their instructions suck, you need to get everything from videos and pics they send you which are awesome) and the reps walked me through each step. Overall pretty easy but I do strongly encouraged everyone to think out each step carefully so as not to paint you into any corner! ( as an example glass needs to be installed before benches but benches can’t be easily brought in after glass so you need to stack them inside then put in glass then carefully minding the glass install

In terms of product , spot on match with description and pictures on web both in terms of appearance and performance. Both IR and traditional unit reached their max temps after 30-45 minute warm up. Lights, speakers and BT all worked great. The unit is compatible with the smart life app so you can pre heat from anywhere which is real nice!)!

I ordered the 2 person sauna on 2/21/26 from the website and spoke with Stacy who was very helpful. The sauna arrived today in a big crate with the Harvia heater. It was packed very well and there was no damage to anything. There were some shipping issues but to there defense they said the sauna would be delivered between 20-25 business days and it arrived in 14 business days. It seems there were just some logistic issues and communication issues but I was getting text messages from the owner himself from China that really handled the situation well and fulfilled the order and got it done. Just a heads up the heater is 220v so make sure you tell your electrician we put in a 20amp breaker too. The sauna went together literally in like 20 mins. Mounting the heater is a bit challenging but I don’t mind a challenge. Very happy with this purchase to be honest it looks great and for the price it is built pretty damn good. I see a lot of negative reviews but my experience with saunaones was positive and my wife and I are happy with it .thank you
