In our factory, we have two buildings with a total of 8 floors, each covering 3000 square meters. These facilities are dedicated to the production of saunas that are shipped to customers worldwide. With over two decades of experience, our skilled craftsmen and professional designers specialize in creating and designing saunas. We work closely with dozens of dealers to ensure our products reach customers across the globe.

CRAFTED FROM THE FINEST CANADIAN TIMBER

Every Saunaones sauna begins with carefully selected Canadian hemlock or red cedar—premium woods valued for their natural beauty, durability, and distinctive grain.

Before production, the timber undergoes a controlled 50-day conditioning process, including heat treatment at temperatures reaching up to 300°F. This process helps reduce moisture, improve dimensional stability, and prepare the wood for long-term sauna use.

Each component is then precisely measured, cut, sanded, and assembled by skilled craftsmen. From the smooth wood finish to the carefully fitted panels, every detail reflects our commitment to quality, comfort, and lasting performance.
