    1. How is the Noir shipped?

    The Saunaones® Noir ships in protective packaging, with the cabin panels, heaters, and integrated components secured for transit. Orders ship on a pallet with our freight partners, and you’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your unit leaves the warehouse.

    The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
    2. How is the Noir different from a traditional sauna?

    Traditional saunas work by heating the air to extremely high temperatures—typically 180–190°F (approximately 82–88°C). In contrast, "Noir" utilizes infrared energy emitted by high-performance carbon-mica far-infrared heaters and carbon-based far-infrared panels to heat the human body directly.

    That means:

    • Air temperature is lower (up to 145°F) but still feels intense
    • Breathing is easier for most people
    • You can usually stay in longer and get a deep sweat without the “blast furnace” feeling of a classic sauna
    3. Is infrared heat and red light therapy safe?

    Infrared heat and red/near-infrared light are commonly used in wellness and spa settings. The Saunaones® Noir is designed for typical healthy adults when used as directed.

    As with any heat or light-based routine, if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular issues, are sensitive to heat or light, or take medications that affect heat tolerance, you should talk with your healthcare provider before using the Quartz Sauna.
    4. What are the EMF levels inside the Noir Sauna?

    All far-infrared carbon panels in the Saunaones® Noir series—including the foot heating panel—feature an Ultra Low EMF design.

    The exterior dimensions of the

    Designed as a two-person cabin, it allows you to sit comfortably inside and fully experience the benefits provided by the heating function and red-light array.
    6. What is the maximum temperature of the Noir Sauna?

    The Saunaones® Noir Infrared Sauna reaches up to about 145°F.
    7. How long should I stay in the Noir Sauna?

    If you’re new to infrared, Saunaones®  recommends starting with shorter sessions of about 10–15 minutes and gradually working up to 20–30 minutes as you learn how your body responds.

    Always listen to how you feel—step out sooner if you feel light-headed, overly hot or uncomfortable, and drink water before and after each session.
    8. Does the Noir have ventilation?

    Yes. The Saunaones® Noir cabin includes built-in vents to help regulate airflow, along with temperature sensors to maintain consistent heat.

    You can slightly open the door between sessions or between rounds if you prefer more fresh air.
    9. Do I need an electrician for installation?

    The Noir Sauna is designed for straightforward home setup. Assembly involves connecting pre-made panels and plugging the unit into the appropriate outlet as specified in your manual.

    Electrical requirements can vary by region and production run, so always follow the power specifications on the product label and manual; if you’re unsure, consult a licensed electrician.
    10. How quickly does the Noir heat up?

    Warm-up time depends on your room temperature and ventilation, but most users allow a short pre-heat period before stepping in so the cabin can reach their preferred range (often 130–150°F).

    Turning the Noir on a bit before your session gives the Noir and infrared panels time to build a consistent heat field.
    11. What warranty Noir include?

    Every Saunaones® Noir Infrared Sauna is backed by a 2-Year Saunaones Warranty.
    12. Can I use the Noir Sauna if I have health conditions?

    Outstanding product and service! Customer service answered all my pre-purchase questions and really helped me anticipate delivery (1100lb box, offloaded by a forklift )power and assembly needs. At delivery the door came smashed in a million pieces. Overall packing seemed well done so not sure what happened. Either way the folks at Saunaones had a new one at my door in under two weeks which was fine as I needed that much time to prep everything. (My personal process started in 6/18/26 when I placed my order. Order arrived 7/16/26 and I completed installation 8/7/26. True install time is only 4-6 hours including offloading crate . That is moving slowly and deliberately. I think a pro could do it in 1-2 hours max) During assembly I had a number of questions ( their instructions suck, you need to get everything from videos and pics they send you which are awesome) and the reps walked me through each step. Overall pretty easy but I do strongly encouraged everyone to think out each step carefully so as not to paint you into any corner! ( as an example glass needs to be installed before benches but benches can’t be easily brought in after glass so you need to stack them inside then put in glass then carefully minding the glass install benches) In terms of product , spot on match with description and pictures on web both in terms of appearance and performance. Both IR and traditional unit reached their max temps after 30-45 minute warm up. Lights, speakers and BT all worked great. The unit is compatible with the smart life app so you can pre heat from anywhere which is real nice!)! Still brand new but so far I love our sauna and I love Saunaones! Will post updates if required.

    I ordered the 2 person sauna on 2/21/26 from the website and spoke with Stacy who was very helpful. The sauna arrived today in a big crate with the Harvia heater. It was packed very well and there was no damage to anything. There were some shipping issues but to there defense they said the sauna would be delivered between 20-25 business days and it arrived in 14 business days. It seems there were just some logistic issues and communication issues but I was getting text messages from the owner himself from China that really handled the situation well and fulfilled the order and got it done. Just a heads up the heater is 220v so make sure you tell your electrician we put in a 20amp breaker too. The sauna went together literally in like 20 mins. Mounting the heater is a bit challenging but I don’t mind a challenge. Very happy with this purchase to be honest it looks great and for the price it is built pretty damn good. I see a lot of negative reviews but my experience with saunaones was positive and my wife and I are happy with it .thank you
